The Private Room seats up to 36. The Willis Room seats up to 50 and can combine with the Lounge for larger events.

Yes. The Willis Room can open into the Lounge for a bigger event, or stay closed off for a private, self-contained space.

Depending on the size and timing of your event, a food and beverage minimum may apply. This isn't an extra charge—it's the amount you agree to spend on food and drink in exchange for exclusive use of the room. Tax and gratuity are not included in the minimum.

All food and beverage must be purchased through Bianca's. The one exception is a special dessert for the occasion—everything else is prepared in-house.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are accepted with no charge to the rental fee.

During the holiday season (November 1 through the first week of January), 14 days' notice is required.

Fees are non-refundable after those windows.

Yes, both the Private Room and the Willis Room have a wall-mounted TV for presentations, slideshows, or videos.

Balloons and floral arrangements are welcome.

Wall decorations are not permitted.
